Bradford U. Staats:  A broad-based consultant and executive with expertise in management, manufacturing and operations, Brad is currently Principal Consultant with Peak Enterprise Solutions, a consulting company that focuses on the tactical operational aspects of running the company in order to improve the client’s profitability.  Brad’s 25 years of progressive history includes success within organizational leadership, business consulting and education.

In addition to more than 10 years of business consulting, project management and systems implementation experience, Brad has been the President of a specialty manufacturing company producing musical instruments and has more than 16 years of leadership in the steel industry where he was involved in production planning and scheduling for large integrated steel companies.

He has also been an adjunct professor, teaching Operations Management at DePaul University in Chicago. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at DePaul University.  He has also earned professional certification through the Association of Operations Management (APICS) via the CPIM designation. 

Brad has contributed performance improvements that can be measured in increased productivity, efficiency, quality, throughput, revenues and profitability. He has delivered exceptional results in both management and consulting roles for large and small firms in steel production, steel fabrication, consumer goods, musical instruments, food, transportation, heavy equipment, apparel, furniture, construction materials and other industries. He has been instrumental in driving growth, managing startups and making improvements at companies with revenues ranging from millions to tens of billions of dollars.
